  • Clients must provide accurate details regarding the condition of the property when booking. Any misrepresentation may result in additional charges or the cancellation of the service.
  • Clients are responsible for securing any valuables prior to the commencement of cleaning services. YS ELITE LTD shall not be held liable for any lost or damaged property unless caused by our negligence.

6. Liability

  • YS ELITE LTD aims to provide services to the highest standards. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We are insured for damage caused to property due to our cleaners’ negligence. Any claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the service.
  • We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to the client’s property that cannot be cleaned or repaired.

7. Termination of Services

YS ELITE LTD reserves the right to terminate or refuse any service at our discretion. If a service is terminated due to client breach of these terms, no refund will be provided.
